Common questions

I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen choose "Forgot password?" and enter your recovery key. Without the recovery key nobody can open your files — that's what keeps them private.

"Storage offline". The storage drive is temporarily unavailable. Your files are safe; try again later.

Delete my account. Settings → Delete account. This erases all your files and can't be undone. A paid plan is cancelled with it, so you're not charged again.

Change or cancel a plan, update your card, get receipts. On the website: Settings → Manage subscription.

Get a refund. Within 7 days of a payment, in full: Settings → Request a refund, or see refunds.

Is there an iPhone app? Coming soon. Until then, use the website in Safari on your iPhone — it works the same, encrypted on your phone.
