By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your content, your responsibility

Only store things you have the right to store. Don't use CelloCloud for anything illegal — including content that sexually exploits children, malware, or files you have no right to copy or share. Accounts used this way are removed.

Your password

Your files are encrypted with your password. Keep your password and your recovery key safe: we can't reset either.

Storage and plans

Each account has a storage limit, shown in the app. Free accounts get 20 GB. Bigger plans are monthly subscriptions, bought on the website and billed by Stripe (see pricing):

• They renew every month until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings → Manage subscription; you keep the plan until the end of the month you paid for.
• Changed your mind? Any payment can be refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of it — see refunds. After that, payments aren't refunded for partly used months, except where the law says otherwise.
• If a payment fails and isn't fixed, or you cancel, the account goes back to the free size. Your files are kept, but you can't upload more until you're under the limit.
• The 500 GB and 700 GB plans include the cellosig messenger for one phone number (its own terms also apply). When the plan ends, cellosig stops working for that number until the plan is renewed.
• The 500 GB and 700 GB plans include intrusion protection; the 700 GB plan also includes ad & tracker blocking and browsing history. Each is switched on or off in Settings.
• Free trials: with a trial code from us, an account gets a plan free for the number of days the code says (one trial per account). When it ends, the account goes back to its own plan unless you pick a paid one; your files are kept, but if they're over your plan's size you can't upload more until you're under it.
• We may give an account a feature its plan doesn't include, or switch a feature off for an account (for example because of misuse or a payment problem). You're told when that happens; your files aren't affected.
• The 700 GB plan also includes the CelloCloud VPN for up to 5 devices. Use it lawfully: no attacks on other networks, spam, abuse, or anything illegal. VPN access used that way is removed, and the account may be too. The VPN is provided as is, its speed isn't guaranteed, and it stops when the plan ends.
• If payments stop, we may switch an account's paid features off: it then has the free plan's size and features until payment is sorted out. Your files are kept, and you can still sign in and download them.
• Prices may change; you'll be told before a change applies to you.

The service is provided as is, without warranties; keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable. We may change or stop the service, with notice when we can.
